This license continues even if you stop using the Services, to the extent reasonably necessary.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RE/MAX Dorado Real Estate LLP OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

User Disputes

Feedback

Miscellaneous

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Hosting Provider

The Services are hosted by Lofty Inc., a company organized under the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Information you submit through the Services may be stored and processed on infrastructure operated by or on behalf of our hosting provider in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
